The present Application under Section 528 of The Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Applicant seeking modification of the Order dated 03.03.2025 to the extent he be permitted to be released on bail Personal Bond of lesser amount.

Vide Order dated 03.03.2025 this Court has directed release of Petitioner on bail in case FIR No.89/2019, under Section 302 IPC, registered at Police Station Shahdara, Delhi subject to his furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one Surety in the like amount, besides other The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent-State has submitted that the Applicant is relying on Aadhar Card of his sister as his address.

On specific query made to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, he submits that after release on bail, the Applicant shall reside with his sister, whose status is below poverty line. It is submitted that the Order dated 03.03.2025 be modified and bail amount be reduced. 7.
In view of the submissions made, the Order dated 03.03.2025 is partially modified to the extent that the Applicant is permitted to furnish Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- instead of Rs.50,000/-, with one Surety in the like amount.
