This petition has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 40/2023 PS Shalimar Bagh under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC. 2.

Parties were referred to mediation on 14th March, 2024, however, the mediation has failed, as per the report.

Ld. APP for State states that charge sheet is about to be filed and they have no reason to seek any custodial interrogation of any of the petitioners. 4.

In these circumstances, there is no reason to allow this petition. 5.

Multiple mediations have taken place in order to allow the parties to settle the issue.
