The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at this stage, does not press the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. However, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for last about three years chargesheet in the present case has not been filed.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Investigation Officer (IO) concerned is directed to file the chargesheet in the case within a period of one month. 3.
The learned Trial Court is also requested to proceed with the trial in the present case expeditiously after filing of chargesheet.
