Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial has since proceeded and also has come to a fag end. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and take all arguments before the learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage and file a petition afresh in case any grievance remains in future. 2.
The petition is dismissed is withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
