% 30.01.2020 The matter was passed over for the learned counsel for the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the lis. After having discussed the matter, the learned counsel for the respondent submits upon instructions, that the petitioner can resume work at the respondent's office from tomorrow and he may report to Mr. B.K. Tripathi at 10 am. Let him do so, if he so desires. Apropos some emoluments to be paid for the past six years, including the costs of litigation expenses, the respondent shall pay a sum of Rs. 70,000/- towards litigation expenses to the petitioner. No lis survives.

The petition is disposed off accordingly.
