% 20.12.2019 These petitions seek limited relief of de-sealing of the premises that were sealed pursuant to the order passed by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee for a limited time for the petitioners to take out their goods and other material lying in the premises. The learned counsel for the DPCC submits that the petitioners are required to carry out certain formalities before the property can be de-sealed.

In view of the above, the petitioners may approach the DPCC for making similar request.

It is directed that on petitioners complying with the required formalities, the respondents would take a decision on their request within a week therefrom.
