The accused/applicant seeks bail in case bearing no. ECIR /DLZO /03/2024.

Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he is a part of a racket engaged in selling spurious cancer drugs. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court since according to him, after rejection of bail application by the trial court, circumstances have changed substantially. 4.

As requested, the bail application and the interim bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
