This is an application seeking early hearing of the writ petition. In usual course, the matter is listed for hearing on 25.3.2020. 2.
For the reasons stated therein, the prayer made in the application is allowed.

The writ petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal. 4.
Thus, the date already fixed i.e. 25.3.2020 shall stand cancelled. 5.
The application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 13660/2019 6.
The substantive prayers made in the petition are as under: "a) A writ of Certiorari quashing the action on the part of respondents no.1 & 2 in declaring the petitioner as having been failed in Paper-II (Surgery) in the Third Professional (Part-II, Supplementary) MBBS 2019.

b) A writ of Mandamus directing the respondents no. 1 & 2 to conduct a reevaluation of the Surgery-II paper by an independent and impartial examiner from different college;..." 7.
Mr. Rupal, who appears for respondent No.1/University of Delhi, has today brought to the Court all four parts of Surgery-II Paper. The paper has been shown to the petitioner as well, who is present in the Court. 8.
Mr. Rupal says that all four parts have been examined by an independent evaluator.

In these circumstances, nothing survives in the writ petition. 10.
Counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner would be entitled to grace marks.

Since this aspect is not brought forth in the present petition, all that can be said is that once the marks are conveyed to the petitioner, the petitioner will be at liberty to make such request. 12.
The respondents will consider the same in accordance with the extant Regulations.

The captioned petition is, accordingly, closed. 14.
