The present petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there are a total of four petitions, which have been filed by him. The arbitral proceedings are at the final stage and the arguments have been heard. 3.

For the reasons stated in the petition, the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is extended till 30th May, 2024.

Let the final hearing be concluded and the award be passed by the next date of hearing. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
