% 25.04.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 24.8.2015 and the subsequent order dated 29.10.2015. The petitioner before this Court is the proprietor of the petitioner/plaintiff firm. He has been examined and cross-examined in part. PE stood closed. Petitioner was not present on that date of hearing. A detailed order had been passed by the Predecessor of this Court on 08.01.2016 noting on these facts.

PW-1 is the only witness on behalf of the plaintiff. PW-1 who is the petitioner before this Court shall be present in the Trial Court on 28.4.2016 on which date the learned counsel for the respondent will conclude the cross-examination of PW-1. This order is passed subject to payment of Rs.500/- as costs to be deposited with the Delhi High

Court Legal Services Committee.
