The instant Petition has been filed seeking directions to get the custody back of the minor girl to the Petitioner from Respondent No. 4 and 5.

The Court is informed that the minor girl has been traced. 3.
Notice was issued on 16.01.2025. The Status Report, which was filed on the same day, reveals that the minor girl was initially staying with the Petitioner and is now staying with her biological parents. 4.

The minor girl was subsequently directed to be produced vide Order dated 20.01.2025, however, she did not appear before the Court on the date fixed and the case was adjourned to 22.01.2025. 6.
On 22.01.2025, the matter was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to enable the parties to resolve their disputes.

It is stated by the learned counsel for Respondent No. 4 and 5 that the minor girl has been sent back to the Petitioner and therefore, nothing survives in the present Petition.

The statement is recorded.

The Petition along with pending application(s), if any, is disposed of as infructuous.

It is made clear that it is open to the Respondent No. 4 and 5 to take such steps as may be available to them in law, for the custody of the minor girl.

It is further made clear that the interim orders permitting the biological parents to meet the minor girl would continue till a decision is taken by the Court of Competent Jurisdiction. SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD, J.
