% 19.04.2018 Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions submits that the original Will dated 14th February, 1999 executed by late father of the petitioner which was inquired into on the complaint filed by Smt. Pinki Srivastav was seized from the petitioner. Since no cognizable offence was found out no FIR was registered and thus the original Will dated 14th February, 1999 has been handed over to the petitioner after keeping a photocopy of the same on record.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has received the original Will dated 14th February, 1999, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Leave granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
