% 21.02.2019 Notice. Respondent no. 3 Ms. Mamta is present in Court and accepts notice. She has been identified by SI Arun of police station Farsh Bazar. Respondent no.3 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner no. 1 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide an Agreement/Compromise Deed dated 8th February, 2018 Respondent no. 3 says that she has no objection in case FIR No. 360/2014 under Sections 354/323/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Farsh Bazar and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioners.

Affidavit of respondent no. 3 to this effect has also been

annexed with this petition.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
