HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI
O R D E R
% 12.02.2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after this Court's previous order the respondent has deposited some monies in the petitioner's bank account, purportedly as payment of benefits under section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, but a computation of the amount remitted to the petitioner, would be required to ascertain whether any monies still due. Let the same be supplied within two weeks. Should the petitioner still have a grievance, the same shall be dealt with by the respondents in a fortnight's time after such communication. However, should the petitioner's grievance continues even thereafter, it will be open to him to seek legal remedies as may be available in law.
The petition is disposed off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J FEBRUARY 12, 2020 kb
