This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

Mr. Farman Ali, Advocate who appears for the respondents submits that the petitioner had submitted a representation dated December 07, 2023 praying for the relief as sought for by the petitioner in this petition. He also states that the said representation shall be considered and decided, keeping in view the instructions issued by the Government of India and the judgment, as relied upon by the petitioner in the case of Dr. O.P.Nimesh v. Union of India & Ors., W.P.(C) No.2466/2017, decided on October 22, 2018 and annexed as Annexure P-10, within a period of eight weeks, as an outer limit.

Noting the submission made by Mr.Ali, the present petition is disposed of, directing consideration / disposal of the representation dated December 07, 2023 submitted by the petitioner, keeping in view the instructions and the judgment, as relied upon by learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of eight weeks, as an outer limit.
