% 03.02.2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seeks quashing of the FIR No. 523/2016, PS Jahangir Puri registered under Sections 354/354B/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. On a perusal of the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. of the prosecutrix, there are allegations of gross mental depravity against the petitioners. There are no grounds for quashing of the FIR. The petition is dismissed.
