The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, seeking appointment of an Arbitrator.

Counsel for the respondent submits that a sole Arbitrator has already been appointed in this case in terms of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (MSME Act) by the MSME Council, Jaipur on 6th May 2024 and hence in view thereof, the present petition has become infructuous.

The appointment of an Arbitrator by the MSME Council has been confirmed by the counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. 5.

Needless to state, the petitioner shall have the right to raise objections with regard to the appointment of the Arbitrator in accordance with law.
