O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 521/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29(A)(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extending the time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award. Noting the contents of the petition and the learned counsel for the respondent has given his consent, the period for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended till May 9, 2020 effective from November 9, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
