CRL.M.C. 6729/2019 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the petition has initially been filed seeking quashing of the FIR No.154/2019, PS Preet Vihar under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on merits in as much as a settlement has since been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no.3 in as much as the respondent no.1 arrayed on record is the State and the respondent no.2 arrayed on record is SHO, PS Preet Vihar with the respondent no.3 arrayed on record being the complainant of the FIR in question, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition to seek redressal before the learned trial Court. In as much as the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal

Code, 1860 is compoundable, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
