1. This is an application filed by the respondents seeking further time to release the petitioner's pensionary benefits in compliance with the assurance given by them to this Court on 16.01.2024.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the pensionary benefits of the petitioner will be positively released in his favour within a period of two weeks from today.

3. In the light of this stand taken by the respondents, the application is allowed by binding the respondents to their aforesaid assurance.

4. The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. CM APPL. 32851/2024 -Dir.
