O R D E R

% 17.09.2019 This is an appeal against the judgment and decree dated 27.07.2018 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, TisHazari Court, Delhi in CS No.609660/2016 wherein the suit for recovery was decreed to the extent of Rs.7,00,000/- along with the pendent lite interest at the rate of 24% per annum and future interest at the rate of 6% per annum is passed.

Vide order dated 30.01.2019 a limited notice was issued to the respondent qua the reduction of pendent lite rate of interest granted at the rate of 24% per annum. During the course of the arguments both the counsels agreed to reduce the rate of interest granted at the rate of 24% per annum to 9% per annum. Thus the pendent lite interest is reduced to 9% per annum. Rest of the directions in decree dated 27.07.2018 shall remain the same.

In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
