The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that he be released on parole for a period of three months on the ground that his sister is suffering from tuberculosis and requires assistance. 2.

The petitioner has a younger brother, who is employed in Delhi. It is also seen from the record that the petitioner's sister has approached MAX Super Speciality Hospital and is availing treatment from the said hospital. 3.

The petitioner has already filed an application for seeking parole. However, the said application has not been considered as yet. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law and communicate its decision as expeditiously as
