The present petition raises a grievance with regard to sealing of the property bearing no. 19A, Green Avenue Street, Church Mall Road, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

Admittedly, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing appeal before the ATMCD to assail sealing of the aforesaid premises. 3.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition to approach the ATMCD seeking appropriate reliefs. If and when an appeal is filed by the petitioner, the ATMCD is requested to consider the same expeditiously and in accordance with law.
