After some arguments, Mr. Dalal, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submits that the petitioner has no objection in case the present writ petition is treated as a representation by the Competent Authority of respondent no.2 (Delhi Development Authority) and dispose of the representation in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

Mr. Goyal, learned counsel appearing for Mr. Jawahar Raja, learned ASC, GNCTD, on instructions submits that the said land were urbanised vide notification dated 20.11.2019 under Section 507(a) of DMC Act, 1957. have been transferred to the DDA in pursuance of Section 150 of the DLR, Act, 1954. He, however, submits that a list of land records, which had been transferred to the DDA alongwith other relevant records would be made available to the DDA, so as to enable the Competent Authority to check as to whether the land records pertaining to the present petitioner, form part of those documents or not.

In case, the land records of the present petitioner are not forming part of the list, the respondent no.1/GNCTD, shall transfer the said records to the DDA within a period of four weeks from the said date.

The Competent Authority of the DDA is directed to dispose of the present writ petition treating the same as a representation within a period of four weeks and after giving notice of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to state that the order furnished to the petitioner within one week of such disposal.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. 6.
Needless to state that the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge any order which will be passed in pursuance to the aforesaid directions.
