Pursuant to the order dated 30.01.2024, parties have placed before us a settlement agreement [in short "SA"] dated 14.02.2024. The parties have appended their signatures to the SA.

1.1 Counsel for the parties have identified the signatures of their respective clients.

1.2 The SA is also accompanied by affidavits of the appellant, i.e. Mr Sameer Madan and the respondent, i.e. Ms Vandana Madan. 2.

We have perused the SA. The terms of the SA are lawful. 3.

say that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the SA. 4.

It is ordered accordingly.

We may note that the appellant, i.e. Mr Sameer Madan and the respondent, i.e. Ms Vandana Madan have joined the proceedings via video conferencing. They inform us that the SA has been executed by them with free will and without coercion.

Furthermore, the parties also inform that they have been appended their signatures on the SA. 5.1 The statement of the parties is taken on record. 6.

Parties will abide by the terms of the SA.
