% 05.02.2026 CRL.M.A. 3977/2026 By way of the present application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioners seek restoration of the petition, that was dismissed in default and for non-prosecution vide order dated 22.12.2025.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits, that the petitioners had sought quashing of the FIR on consent; and the petitioners had been diligently appearing in the matter on almost every date.
