After some hearing, it is agreed that the requisite information that the petitioner seeks to obtain, and which is the subject matter of the RTI application dated 17.06.2024 (Annexure-2) and the RTI application dated 10.12.2024 (Annexure-10), shall be provided by the respondents within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage, however, seeking liberty to avail appropriate remedies in the event the requisite information is not provided to him. 5.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
