This petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking the following relief:- "a. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to release the petitioner on furlough for a period of 03 weeks in case 486/2002, Under Section 365/396/34 IPC, Police Station Kalyan puri." 4.

Learned ASC, at the outset, points out that the grievance raised by Petitioner in the present petition has already been redressed as furlough has been granted vide order dated 10.01.2024 for a period of 3 weeks.
