Learned senior counsel for the appellants submits that taking into account that some of the respondents have already preferred Special Leave Petitions before the Apex Court to assail the same impugned order, the appellants instead of pressing the present appeals, will also approach the Apex Court by way of Special Leave Petitions. She, therefore, has instructions not to press the present appeals.
