The present petition is filed seeking removal of the petitioner's name from the Bundle-B register. 2.

At the outset, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State states that the petitioner has been acquitted in all but one case. She submits, on instructions, that the petitioner's case would be reviewed and a fresh order would be passed within a period of four weeks.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage.

Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition in case any grievance remains in future. AMIT MAHAJAN, J DECEMBER 19, 2025/"SK"
