% 02.02.2026 Order dated 16.01.2026 records, that the State has failed to decide the petitioner's parole application despite earlier order dated 23.12.2025 passed in W.P.(Crl.) 569/2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court.

Though no status report has been filed, learned counsel appearing for the State has handed-up status report dated 29.01.2026, wherein they have opposed the grant of parole.

Learned counsel has also handed-up order dated 09.01.2026, whereby the petitioner's pending application seeking parole has been rejected. 4.

The status report dated 29.01.2026 and order dated 09.01.2026 are taken on record.
