% 13.03.2020 Petitioner is seeking bail in FIR No. 30/2019, under Sections 307/506/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 Arms Act, registered at police station Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State has opposed this application on the ground that charge sheet in this case has already been filed and evidence of complainant is yet to be recorded. After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application, while seeking liberty to file fresh one after the evidence of complainant is recorded. The applications stand dismissed as withdrawn accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
