This is an appeal challenging the impugned order dated 28th September, 2024 by which the bail application of the Appellant was dismissed. 3.

The present appeal has been filed with a delay of 437 days, for which condonation of delay is being sought.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent opposes the condonation of delay in this case.

Ld. Counsel for the Appellant submits that he may be permitted to approach the Trial Court afresh for seeking bail, in view of the delay in this appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Trial Court in accordance with law for seeking bail on all grounds.
