By virtue of the present petition, under Section 528 the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner, inter alia, seeks quashing of the Complaint Case no.3440/2025 entitled 'Harpreet Kaur vs. Mofid Rasul', pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (N.I. Act)-04, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Considering some inadvertent clerical errors have crept in, after some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same, as, if and when required in accordance with law.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
