CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT

% 03.12.2019 CRL.M.A. 41624/2019 Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

Application is disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 2980/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of four days in case FIR No. 592/2015 registered at Police Station Seelampur.

The factum of the marriage has been verified by learned APP and found to be correct. However, learned APP has opposed the present petition by stating that fifteen cases are pending against the petitioner and there is likelihood if interim bail is granted he may abuse the judicial process. Learned counsel for petitioner has stated at bar that there are only

three cases pending against the petitioner and he never violated any terms and conditions of the bail granted in other case, which fact has not been disputed by learned APP.

Keeping in view that the father of the niece of the petitioner is no more and he is the only male member and has to make arrangements for the marriage of his niece, accordingly, I hereby grant interim bail to the petitioner for four days from the date of release. Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail for a period of four days from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety in the like amount subject to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. A copy of the order be transmitted to the jail superintendent concerned for compliance.

Order dasti under the signatures of Court Master. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J DECEMBER 03, 2019 ms
