The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking interim bail for a period of four days in FIR No. 0634/2017 under Sections 302/34/120B of the IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered with PS Bhajanpura.

Mr Srivastava, learned APP has handed over the SCRB report, which indicates that the petitioner is involved in twenty-three cases. This includes three FIRs under Section 302 of the IPC.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has already been granted bail for a period of four days in one other FIR under

Section 302 of the IPC and therefore, prays that the petitioner be granted bail in this case as well. It is averred that the wedding of the petitioner's niece is scheduled to be held on 4.12.2019.

Considering the petitioner's involvement in several cases and the report, which states that he is also wanted in FIR No. 76/2014 under Sections 302/201/120B of the IPC registered with PS Hasanpur, Moradabad; the contention that the petitioner is at flight risk, is merited. 6.

In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to allow the petitioner's request for attending to his niece's wedding, albeit, in custody. 7.

The jail authorities are directed to facilitate the petitioner in attending the ceremonies of the wedding in custody. The petitioner shall be taken in custody to attend the wedding ceremonies at 2:30 PM and shall be returned to the jail before 12:00 AM on 05.12.2019.

The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the petitioner through the concerned jail authorities.

The petition is disposed of.
