This application has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') praying for the applicant to be granted Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 0612/2023 registered at Police Station: Malviya Nagar, New Delhi under Sections 307/354/506/323/341 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC'). 2.
This Court by its order dated 23.01.2024 had directed that on the applicant joining and co-operating with the investigation, she be not arrested till the next date of hearing.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and charge-sheet stands filed against the co-accused but still not against the applicant. 4.
In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest in the FIR No. 0612/2023 registered at Police Station: Malviya Nagar, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
New Delhi, the applicant shall be released on bail subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, and further subject to the following conditions:
i. The applicant shall join and cooperate with the investigation as and when directed by the IO;
ii. The applicant shall appear before the IO and before the learned Trial Court as and when directed;
iii. The applicant, under no circumstances, will contact the victims;
iv. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever;
v. The applicant shall give her mobile number to the concerned IO and shall keep her mobile phone switched on at all times. She shall also inform the IO about any change in her contact details;
vi. The applicant shall not leave the Country without the permission of the learned Trial Court.

Needless to state, any observation touching upon the merits of the case is purely for the purposes of deciding the question of grant of Anticipatory Bail and shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the matter.
