This joint application is filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC for recording the settlement arrived at between the parties.

During the pendency of the suit, parties have arrived at an out of Court settlement of their inter se disputes, terms of which are incorporated in the present application, whereby Defendants have agreed to procure the software programs as mentioned in paragraph 1(b) of the application. 3.

Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed, recording the settlement between the parties. This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from directly or indirectly copying, reproducing, storing, installing, etc. unlicensed copies of Plaintiffs' SolidWorks software program and its various versions amongst other reliefs. 7.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 4288/2026 above, suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 9.

Suit is disposed of along with pending application. 10.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of 50% Court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.
