The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 0694/2019 under Sections 324/354/354(B)/308/34 of the IPC registered with PS Nangloi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. In addition, Shri Deepak, Shri Bijender Sharma and Shri Pramod (other persons who were injured), are also present in the Court and are

identified by the Investigating Officer.

Respondent no.2 (and other injured persons) state that they have no grievance against the petitioners. They also confirm that a Memorandum of Understanding dated 30.10.2019 was arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2.

They confirm that they have also resolved all their disputes in terms thereof.

The petitioners are also present in Court and state that they have no grievances against respondent no.2 (or other injured persons - Shri Deepak, Shri Bijender Sharma and Shri Pramod) and jointly pray that the FIR in question be quashed.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. 7.

Accordingly, FIR No.

0694/2019 under Sections 324/354/354(B)/308/34 of the IPC registered with PS Nangloi and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The concerned parties (petitioners, respondent no.2 and Shri Deepak, Shri Bijender Sharma and Shri Pramod) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded herein. VIBHU BAKHRU, J DECEMBER 05, 2019/MK
