% 14.03.2017 The learned counsel for the Land Acquisition Collector requests for another opportunity to take instructions with regard to the payment of balance compensation.

She submits that the instructions from the Land Acquisition Collector are not forth coming. Several opportunities have been given but the instructions have not been given by the Land Acquisition Collector.

In these circumstances, we direct that the balance compensation, if any, along with interest and other statutory relief, be provided to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from today.
