By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 440/2025, dated 24.10.2025, lodged at Police Station Paschim Vihar West, under Section 18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The prosecution has handed up a status report in Court, which is taken on record.

After some arguments, Mr. Himanshu Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
