O R D E R

% 08.02.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of inflicting knife blow on the neck of deceased is not against the petitioner. Allegations are that petitioner was accompanying the co-accused who had inflicted knife blow on the deceased.

In similar circumstances, co-accused Vikas Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 18th May, 2017 passed in bail application no. 2409/2016 titled as "Vikas Kumar vs. State".

Trial is underway. It is not disputed that all the public witnesses have been examined. Petitioner is in custody for the last about 3 years. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
