% 13.02.2026 CRL.M.A. 4983/2026 (corrections/modifications of orders) 1.

The petitioner has filed this application pointing out a typographical error in the order of this Court dated 16.01.2026, by which the writ petition was disposed of. The error pertains to the date of punishment as recorded in paragraph 3 of the order. 2.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State, also accepts that the date has been recorded erroneously.

Having regard to the above, paragraph 3 of the order dated 16.01.2026 is rectified as follows:

"3. The present petition challenges a punishment ticket dated 25.10.2013 issued by the Jail Superintendent, whereby the punishment of stopping "15 days' Mulakat" was imposed upon him."
