After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition before the appropriate Authority.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel, who has appeared on advance Notice, on instructions from the Investigating Officer present in the Court, submits that date for appearance of the Petitioner before the concerned Officer is extended till 21.01.2025. 3.
In view of the above, the present Petition and pending Applications are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to Petitioner to file fresh Petition before the appropriate Authority.
