The hearing is being conducted through hybrid mode. CM APPL. 31920/2025 (SEEKING CORRECTION IN ORDER DT. 21.04.2025) 2.

The present application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/respondent No.1 under Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ["CPC"] seeking correction of certain clerical/ typographical errors in the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by this Court.

No one has appeared on behalf of the non-applicant/appellant. 4.

In brief, learned counsel for the applicant/respondent no.1 submits that this Court has incorrectly recorded in paragraphs no. (2) & (5) of the order that the appellant has two brothers, whereas, in fact, she has only one brother, namely, the respondent no.1. The respondent no.2 is, in fact, the father-in-law of the respondent no.1. 5.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. 6.

paragraph (2) of the earlier order dated 21.04.2025 is concerned, relevant sentences in such paragraph shall be read as 'one brother' instead of 'two brothers'. Insofar as paragraphs (3) and (5) are concerned, the sentence that 'in order to exert pressure on her brothers' shall be read as 'in order to exert pressure on her brother'. The other things shall remain the same.
