The Petitioner‟s wife‟s representation dated 2nd September, 2019 as well as the petitioner‟s own representation dated 20th November, 2019 have been rejected by order dated 19th December, 2019 a copy of which has been handed over to the counsel for the Petitioner and has also been handed over to the Court.

2. The Court at this stage is not inclined to interfere with the impugned transfer order. It will be open to the Petitioner, if he so chooses, to challenge the aforementioned order dated 19th December, 2019 in accordance with law.

3. The petition is dismissed.
