This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking interim orders against the respondent No. 1 to secure petitioner's claim by furnishing security. 2.

Mr. Yammanur, learned counsel for the respondent states that the entire amount along with the final tranche has been paid today i.e. 10.09.2025. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not received the same till now. 3.

However, taking the statement of Mr. Yammanur, learned counsel on record, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.

The petitioner is at liberty to revive the same in case the last tranche has not been received. This is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties before the Arbitral Tribunal. 5.

In view of the order passed, there is no further attachment against the respondents.
