% 19.07.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that she confines her relief in the present petition to the expeditious disposal of the application filed by the petitioner before the Trial Court for getting the complainant/wife examined by the Medical Board. Definitely, this is a subject matter of the satisfaction of the Trial Court, however, in the given facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is expected to decide the aforementioned application of the petitioner expeditiously.
