Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Respondent for flouting and committing breach of undertaking given in Joint Statement dated 26.10.2023 recorded before the Ld. Family Court, Patiala House District Courts, New Delhi in Smt. Tanaya Sharma v. Sh. Shobith Hegde in HMA No. 638/2023. b. Direct the Respondent to immediately comply with the terms of Joint Statement dated 26.10.2023 recorded before Ld. Family Court, Patiala House District Courts, New Delhi Smt. Tanaya Sharma v. Sh. Shobith Hegde in HMA No. 638/2023. c. Pass any other order/orders that this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice."
