% 29.01.2020 Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, taking note of the fact that the petitioner is already pursuing his remedy by way of an appeal against his suspension and being paid the subsistence allowance, it is considered appropriate to direct the respondents to also pay the commensurate allowance for the residential accommodation inasmuch as the amounts being paid to the petitioner towards the lease accommodation is prima facie considered to be in the nature of an allowance rather than the perquisite as contended by Ms. Acharya, ld.
